Welcome to The Legends on Lake LBJ Property Owners Association. We are located in Burnet County Texas along the Colorado river portion of beautiful Lake LBJ in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. This neighborhood was established in the early 2000 when the Buckner Boys Ranch sold property to developers for construction of a golf course and single family residential homes.
The POA is administered by volunteer Board members and volunteer Architectural Control Committe members. The day to day activities of fee collection, bill payments, property transfers, and covenant enforcement is managed by Cindy Ward. She can be contact at highmgmt@gmail.com or (830)613-9727.
